Subscription
Findmy uses an ongoing subscription model that gives you access to all our services. You pay a fixed monthly price per active e-bell (tracking collar/tag), and the price depends on the device type and how many active bells you have on your account. For satellite devices, satellite messages are billed based on actual usage. For mobile devices, unlimited data traffic is included for a fixed monthly data cost.
The subscription includes:
- Access to all of Findmy's apps and services
- Customer support
- Storage of positions and history
- Access to "My Page," where you can manage your subscription and payment method
The new subscription model means you no longer have to prepay for a specific number of positions. Instead, you pay a fixed monthly price for active devices, while satellite usage is billed based on actual consumption. Billing is spread out over the year, providing a more predictable cost.
24/7 Support
Findmy is in the process of developing a digital assistant that can answer questions, do lookups, diagnose bells for you and much more. This assistant will be available to you 24/7, 365 days a year.
Unlimited users
Findmy's systems have no limitations regarding the number of users connected to your account. You can therefore safely give more members of the family, shepherds or supervisors access to your account with restrictive rights.
User portal
Findmy has two different clients as well as an app that you can access to monitor your animals. In addition, we are in the process of developing an online portal that allows you to carry out inspections directly from your browser.
App for IOS and Android
Access to the app for IOS and Android. Full of functions so you can have full control of your grazing animals from your smartphone at all times. With Model 2, you also set up the bells with message plans, geofence etc. via Bluetooth or over the mobile network at the start of grazing.
